As this is such an important topic and powerful tools are available to help with infertility, we are dedicating this article to answering your questions, based on Marisa’s experience of helping women all over the world successfully bring a healthy new baby into the world.

Marisa has achieved outstanding success helping many women getting pregnant, have successful pregnancies, and have a peaceful, pain-free delivery.

Marisa uses Rapid Transformational Therapy™ (RTT™) to help people conceive and achieve healthy, successful pregnancies and pain-free births, even those who were diagnosed as ‘infertile’. Marisa has flown all over the world helping families have healthy children and also works with women to increase the success rate of in vitro fertilisation (IVF).

Marisa says, “The cycle that makes pregnancy possible begins with hormones released in the brain and is directly influenced by a woman’s thoughts and emotions…. You can use the power of your mind to influence the quality of your eggs and to understand the blocks that have prevented you from having a baby.’’

If you want to get pregnant, maintain a perfect pregnancy and have a healthy baby, Marisa shares how you can change your thoughts and emotions to have a positive effect.

Your Top 10 Questions – Answered

1. Mateja asked “Marisa, you told us that we need to imagine our egg and to feel like a mom, but in another way I hear so many times “just relax and don’t think and baby will come.” What advice should we listen to?”

Marisa believes you don’t get pregnant when you become relaxed about it; you get pregnant when you are expecting a baby. Not wishing or hoping, but expecting: knowing, believing, and seeing that baby on its way to you.

This explains why couples in the process of adoption often conceive and why many conceive naturally after a successful IVF baby. They fully accept themselves as parents and see themselves as parents in every way. They buy things for the baby they know is on its way, rather than the baby they hope or wish would be on its way.

It is a little known fact that couples who are undergoing adoption are asked to use birth control, even if they have been diagnosed as infertile, because the statistics of adoptive parents becoming pregnant, even before the adoption has been completed, are quite high.

Trying to get Pregnant (and Succeeding) will show you how to take control of your thinking, discover and change any limiting beliefs you may have about yourself and your fertility, as well as help you to achieve your goal of having a baby. Marisa says ‘This is not a book to

read; it is a programme to use. Working through this book in sequence will give you the time to change your thoughts and will excite your imagination and your subconscious mind. This in turn will make you ready for, and receptive to, changing-both physically and mentally.’*

2. Dunja asked “Does RTT only work when you’re still in your ‘fertile’ years, or does it also work after 40?”

As Marisa states in her book Trying to get Pregnant (and Succeeding) “If you believe everything you read, you would think you have little choice, but to have your children in your early twenties. Headlines talk about the ‘infertility crisis’ stating that the number of couples facing problems with conception is set to ‘double’. In fact, becoming pregnant and having a baby is something we can influence (up to a certain age) and is much more of a choice than we have been led to believe…

There are already many options available to improve your fertility, including vitamins, supplements, and diet. However, the most important tool for use in conceiving your baby is your mind.

The human mind is the most powerful healing force there is. No drug in the world can match it; therefore any steps you take to conceive must be accompanied by a belief that it will work. Using vitamins, diet, and holistic therapies can only work, and indeed will work much better, if you also use the power of your mind and your belief system to convince yourself of their effectiveness.”

3. Nikolette asked “Marisa told us that even the quality of eggs can be improved in a woman. If a woman is 50 and is not in the menopause, can she still improve the quality of her eggs?”

It is a fact that women between the ages of 12 and 55 years of age will be asked if they could be pregnant when they go into hospital for scans or treatments. That is because it absolutely is possible and does happen. To give you some real life examples…

  • Cheryl Tiegs had twins at age fifty-two.
  • Annie Leibovitz was in her fifties when she had her baby.
  • Al Pacino and Beverly D’Angelo had twin boys when she was forty-nine and he was in his early sixties.
  • Helen Fielding had her first child at forty-five and her second child at age forty-eight.
  • Arlene Phillips had a second daughter naturally at age forty-eight.

According to the Office for National Statistics, the number of women over 40 giving birth increased by 70 per cent in ten years, (between 2001 and 2010). Marisa also notes that the rate of women having terminations in their forties also increased by a third in less than ten years. After teenagers, the next highest rate of abortions are by women in their forties, who thought they could not conceive, so abandoned birth control, then became pregnant.

‘Yet women who go to the doctor and say, “I am forty-five and I really want to have a baby” are told they have a two percent chance of it happening. Since our body doesn’t age in the way we have been led to believe, it is not true that you are unlikely to conceive after you turn 40, Marisa reassures.

“Every thought we have creates a physical reaction in the body and an emotional response, but our thoughts and beliefs are not fixed, and are ours to change. Thinking positive, powerful thoughts and telling yourself your reproductive system is young and super-fertile causes it to respond and behave in a way that matches those thoughts. Whereas telling yourself that your body is old, dried up, and without any useful eggs has the opposite effect. Our cells listen and respond to our thinking. Words and negative labels have a destructive effect upon your central nervous system.”

Listening to Marisa’s hypnotic downloads could guide your body to conception, a healthy pregnancy and birth, and to make your experience as positive as possible.*

4. Mateja asked “Me and my husband have been trying for 2 years and all doctors tell us is that all is good with us. But my baby is not coming. I work so much on myself. But how can I know which block I have to work on to get pregnant?”

Marisa explains that “Clinically, the term ‘infertile’ is applied if a couple has difficulty getting pregnant after trying for one year. Approximately 40 percent of such problems arise from the female, 40 percent from the male, and 20 percent are unexplained.

When women are diagnosed with ‘unexplained infertility’ it literally means their reproductive system is fine, they ovulate, and they have good-quality eggs, so there is no medical reason for them not to conceive.”

Marisa Peer has had enormous success in helping women all over the world to conceive, even when they have been diagnosed with unexplained infertility. Her belief is that our subconscious thoughts and beliefs about pregnancy, birth, raising children, and how we were raised, can block our ability to conceive, because of both conscious and unconscious fears. She believes that infertility is as much, if not more, mental than physical.

Unexplained infertility is precisely that – unexplained. However it can be explained and overcome. The techniques Marisa shares in her book, audios, and programs are designed to help you to uncover the root cause of unexplained fertility and guide your body to a healthy pregnancy and birth.

5. Cate asked: “Is it possible to be aware on a conscious level of all your blocks? Can your infertility hypnosis work as well as an RTT session?”

In over thirty years of working with women who are having difficulty conceiving, Marisa identified the same blocks that come up over and over again.

Marisa Peer’s Common Pregnancy Blocks:

  1. Fear of the birth.
  2. Fear of hospitals.
  3. Fear of losing control of your body.
  4. Guilt or trauma from losing a baby.
  5. Fear of being a bad parent.
  6. Fear of losing your independence.
  7. Fear of the baby.
  8. Fear the baby will grow up and reject you.
  9. Fear of abandonment from your partner.
  10. Fear of the baby interfering in your relationship.
  11. Fear of not loving the baby.
  12. Fear of age.

In Trying to get Pregnant (and Succeeding), Marisa goes into more detail of each one of these blocks. It also includes up to date diet, nutrition and lifestyle advice in a practical and easy to follow book.

Marisa’s hypnotic downloads guide your body to an easy conception, a perfect pregnancy and easy, healthy birth. It  will help you precisely visualise the natural conception of your baby and Marisa’s voice and words will guide your body into doing exactly what it was designed to: create a perfect, healthy baby.*

6. Clare asked “Could my worries about affording a baby and of worries around job security and now potential early menopause be getting in the way of getting pregnant…?  or could it be that my baby had an infection and I feared I’d lose him be in my way. First time I got pregnant immediately but we’ve tried now for 4-5 years. Can I overcome this?”

Marisa shares that “A very strong force in the human psyche is that nothing in our lives will influence us more than the things we link to pain and pleasure. Humans are ruled by these phenomena.

The mind holds on to outdated information if it has been repeated often enough. Every time you used birth control, you sent a powerful message to your mind: I don’t want to be pregnant. I don’t want a baby. Every time you took your pill, inserted the cap, or used a condom, your brain got the message loud and clear. If you have ever experienced a pregnancy scare, you know that in that moment you linked absolute pain and fear to being pregnant.

The mind has a powerful control over the body, so every time you said things like ‘I can’t afford to have a baby now,’ or ‘It’s not the right time in my career for children,’ you told your mind you don’t want a baby, and your body responded to that instruction. These words subconsciously told your body that a baby was not what you want and your body responded by not creating one. But your body does not know when you have changed your mind, and the old words are no longer applicable. This thought process is not automatically reversed. However, hypnosis is amazing at reversing it.”

The good news is, humans can choose what to link pain and pleasure to. When you associate absolute pleasure with being pregnant and having a baby it’s an advantage. If your mind links pain to the thought of giving birth or losing your figure after having a baby, it can work against you. RTT® and Marisa’s programs aim to help reverse outdated thinking and reprogram the mind and body to what you want instead—a happy pregnancy and a healthy baby.

7. Kristiana said: “Hello, I would like to ask about getting my period again. I lost it after taking contraception pills for many years and although my doctor told me I am physically healthy, I cannot get my period back again. My gynecologist told me that I will probably become infertile if I do not do anything about it. Thank you for all the work you do, Marisa! You have been changing lives of all my family members.”

In Trying to get Pregnant (and Succeeding) Marisa shares her own personal experience to demonstrate how our bodies respond to old thoughts and feelings. Marisa says:

“When I was eighteen, I vividly remember praying for my period to arrive, fearing I might be pregnant, believing I had “ruined my life”, and my parents would be furious.

I remember being in our family bathroom, sitting with my head pressed against the cool wall tiles, wondering how I would ever tell my parents. I tried to cry silently, because they didn’t even know I was in a sexual relationship with my boyfriend. I was due to go to university. They were so proud of me and I was about to destroy their dreams. Later, my period arrived, and I was as happy as if I had won the lottery and already got a first-class degree. The pleasure I linked to not being pregnant was strong and I was on a high for days. My boyfriend was pretty relieved as well. He was linking as much horror and pain to being a father at eighteen as I was to being an eighteen-year-old mother.

Very shortly after I had that fearful moment when I thought I was pregnant, I began having periods every two weeks. Then a year later, they completely stopped – for eight years. I was very fit and healthy, but was diagnosed with fertility problems. Later I was put on thyroxine and was told my thyroid didn’t work well and that I would need to take medication for the rest of my life.

Some years later, during a routine check-up, I asked my doctor how I could get pregnant since I didn’t have periods at all. He responded in a very offhanded way, saying, ‘Well, you won’t get pregnant on thyroxine, and if you come off it, you won’t get pregnant either. There is nothing you can do about it. You must accept it.’ I was shocked, as by then I was beginning to really want a baby. Luckily, I refused to believe him, and at some stage in the conversation I told him not to tell me anything else. I would not accept that I wouldn’t have a baby. I decided not to hear what he had to say and not to let it in. I did believe it might take me some time, and that it might be difficult, but I always believed I would have a baby one day.

At the time my infertility was diagnosed, I was an exercise teacher working in LA. By the time I had the conversation with my Doctor I had become a very successful therapist and frequently witnessed in my own patients the power of the mind to overcome a diagnosis.

I thought it might take me a year to get pregnant; in fact, it took me two months. I was thrilled to be having a baby.”

Marisa advises that: “Our thoughts are so instant; it is easy to feel that they are controlling us. But instead we must think: Where did that belief come from? Who put it there? Why am I choosing to believe this? You might have to work at it initially, but it will become second nature after a while, and it will be worth it.”

8. Dionyssia asked “How do I get over having had an abortion to get pregnant again?”

Marisa has identified several blocks to getting pregnant, one of which is ‘guilt from a termination, miscarriage or stillbirth.’

Marisa says: “Losing a baby is traumatic and overwhelming, and many women in this situation tell themselves, “I can never go through this again.” This is a direct instruction to the mind to ensure you never do go through it again by never becoming pregnant again.

When women have lost a baby, they can feel terribly guilty that their body failed the baby. They have more guilt that having another child will make them forget the one they lost.

Many women who terminate a pregnancy feel guilt and punish themselves at a subconscious level, by denying themselves another baby, even though they are unaware that they are doing this. Their mind believes that being pregnant will bring up bad memories, so therefore pregnancy is best avoided.”

Marisa explains more in her free article The Hidden Causes Of Infertility, where she says “our mind has the most powerful potential on the planet. Once you learn how to dialogue with it to work with you, not against you, you can harness your powerful subconscious mind to help you conceive. Learn how to overcome the stress response and prime your body ready for the arrival of your baby. I look forward to hearing about your success stories.”

These are some of the many success stories, photos and letters Marisa is proud to have received from happy clients who welcomed these little ones into the world thanks to RTT…

9. Natalie asked “My daughter can get pregnant, but has had eight miscarriages. She is always told that is nature’s way of eliminating a baby with severe health issues. They make it sound natural to have eight unhealthy fetus’. She has two healthy children, but wants one more. Can hypnosis help her keep a healthy baby?”

Marisa explains: “You may have subconscious blocks that you are not even aware of. For example, I have clients who, during a hypnosis session with me, have gone back to the most simple, yet profound images. One remembered being a child watching a western where a woman was screaming repeatedly as she gave birth and died in extreme pain. That child said to herself, “I am never going to go through that.”

Another client remembered being in her mother’s arms as her mother described childbirth to her friends, saying,”Oh, it was agony, I thought I was going to be ripped in half, and I thought I was dying from the pain. I bled non-stop and it went on for two days. It was brutal and horrendous.” That child had a similar thought: “I am never going to let that happen to me.”

I have witnessed clients who remember their own birth whilst in hypnosis. If it was very traumatic and frightening, it is the only experience of birth the subconscious has, and its job is to ensure that the person does not experience birth again, including giving birth herself.

The subconscious mind is not logical. It’s motivated by making sure you avoid anything that you link pain to, and only you can change this. Hypnosis and Rapid Transformational Therapy® work directly with the subconscious.

10. Patricia asked: “How can we find an RTT specialist in Europe?”

Rapid Transformational Therapy™ (RTT™) is a very powerful tool to help with infertility. By understanding the pregnancy blocks, you can use your subconscious mind to prepare your body to conceive, enjoy a healthy pregnancy, and successfully deliver a happy baby.

Marisa concludes that “The ability to excite the subconscious mind is a great asset in boosting your fertility and changing your biochemistry. Scientists are just beginning to scratch the surface of the amazing capabilities of the mind and body, and one of their findings is that when the imagination is excited by positive thoughts and images, it sets off changes in the body.

Everything we do and everything we want is because of how it makes us feel or will make us feel. We want to have a baby because we believe this will make our lives better. Believing you will make it happen, and seeing it happen in your mind, will cause you to feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally.”

Stress And Fertility – How Are They Related? https://marisapeer.com/stress-and-fertility-how-are-they-related/ Wed, 17 Apr 2019 10:12:57 +0000 https://www.marisapeer.com/?p=35964 Posted on April 17th 2019 by Marisa Peer

In the Western world, about one in three couples are now diagnosed with unexplained infertility. This very diagnosis means that doctors cannot find anything medically wrong with you or your partner, so the cause of your infertility is unknown.

Many women who want a baby do not realize that stress and fertility are actually closely related. when you are stressed your body produces cortisol, a powerful natural birth control that blocks women from conceiving. Of course, trying and failing to conceive causes ongoing stress and unhappiness in a vicious cycle. When you are stressed, your body assumes it is not the right time for you to become pregnant even if you feel ready for a baby and desperately want one.

I was once told that l could never have children and l know how emotional and painful that news can be. However, l had a baby very easily once I had used the power of words to change my mindset, and I also had a perfect pregnancy and easy birth. I have since worked with women all over the world who have had problems conceiving and then witnessed them having their own children.

Your Body Will Always Match Your Thinking

Stress and fertility - Your body matches your thinking

How stress and fertility are correlated is because your body is trying to match your thinking. If you have any anxieties about pregnancy such as morning sickness, the pain of birth, not loving your baby, getting postnatal depression, or not having enough money, then this could have an impact on your ability to conceive. It is the number one job of your mind to move you away from anything that causes you pain. Any worries you have about how you will cope with a baby can cause your mind to do everything it can to make sure you never have to deal with that situation.

The adrenaline hormone is released by the adrenal glands during conditions of stress, worry and anxiety—this can and does block conception. Our bodies know that we should not be pregnant when we are under tremendous stress as it believes we are not in the right state to carry or nurture a baby.

How To Free Yourself From Unexplained Infertility

Instead of wishing and hoping to conceive, you have to decide with the unshakeable confidence and conviction that you are going to have a baby. Your body will then click into gear and it will get ready to produce that baby.

Stress and fertility - Free yourself from unexplained fertility

The more you see yourself conceiving, being pregnant and giving birth, the more your body will respond to these thoughts and images. Your body will ovulate a perfect egg at exactly the right time and that egg will give off a very powerful chemical that will draw to it the most perfect sperm. The fertilized egg will then implant and develop in your womb.

Instead of avoiding baby aisles while grocery shopping, because it’s too painful, walk down those aisles and decide what kind of diapers and bottles your baby will have. Even buy a little something, a tiny pair of socks, to have faith that your baby is on its way. Looking at items and expecting your baby replaces the worry that you cannot get pregnant and instead puts you into a state of positive expectation. This has happened to many couples who were in the process of adopting—they became pregnant naturally because they focused on the arrival of their child.

Audio Downloads That Help You Get Pregnant

Stress and fertility - Infertility Hypnosis Audio

I am dedicated to making specific, detailed audio downloads that help your body ovulate grade-A premium eggs, which will go on to make your baby. The relaxing audios instruct your body to ovulate the right egg at the right time and to be compatible with your partner’s sperm. They also instruct your womb to nurture and nourish your baby to full term so you can become a parent. There is also an audio download that programmes your body to respond perfectly to IVF. I have worked with IVF clinics all over the country helping to improve their conception rates and wanted to make these recordings available to you too.

Stress and fertility are enemies. One cannot exist with the other. It is your mind that has the most powerful potential to eliminate stress. Pregnancy Jealousy- How to Avoid the Bitter Infertility Spiral https://marisapeer.com/pregnancy-jealousy/ Thu, 21 Nov 2013 12:53:21 +0000 https://www.marisapeer.com/?p=4378 Pregnancy Jealousy Help

I help women from all over the world who—for reasons ranging from age or fear to past trauma or health issues—are experiencing difficulty getting pregnant. Beyond the fact that being able to give birth is one of the most fundamental human urges, the societal norms surrounding women becoming mums can make this an especially painful thing for many women. Just ask any thirty-something woman who doesn’t actually want to have children how often she gets asked when she’s going to have kids.

So often I hear some variation of this from my clients: “Just last week, I thought I was making progress in changing my mindset about getting pregnant and then I got an invitation to my cousin’s baby shower and immediately felt bitter, pregnancy jealous, upset and didn’t want to go.”

It’s important to realise that you can only feel jealous of something if you believe you can never have it. When you allow your mind to perpetuate this response, what you are actually doing is telling your body that the baby shower, the invitations, the excitement and the future of motherhood is not for you. That nature has said no to you having a baby. While this may be your initial gut reaction or response, you have to be proactive in reversing this as soon as possible. You must go to the baby shower in order to get ideas for your own shower and you must walk through the baby shops to pick out a present and take note of all the things you want to buy when you get pregnant.

The simple truth is this: the body will do what the mind tells it to. Think about people who run races of over 100 miles or weight lifters who lift twice their body weight as though it’s light as a feather. They are able to complete those extraordinary feats because of the mental power they are exerting over their body. The good news is, getting pregnant isn’t an extraordinary physical feat. It’s a natural process that can happen when you remove all the mental baby blocks you’ve put in your body’s way. That is why so many women who adopt or have an IVF baby go on to have a natural pregnancy quite soon afterwards. This happens because they are no longer in the blocked state and, instead, see and accept themselves as a parent, which influences their fertility in a positive way, so there’s no need for pregnancy jealousy.

If you’re feeling the baby blocks of bitterness and  pregnancy jealousy, realise that nothing about those emotions is conducive to getting you pregnant. Do proactive things: visit a message board where previously infertile women talk about their baby success; create a Pinterest baby board or a real life one; buy a book of baby names; walk through the nappy aisle in the store with the knowledge that one day soon, this will be for you. If these things feel unnatural, it’s only because the baby blocks in your mind are stronger than the mental assurance that you’re going to get pregnant. It’s your job to reverse this.

Just this week I got two emails from past readers and clients with my favourite subject line “Good News :)” I want to receive that same email from you. For more information on how to release your baby blocks, consult my Get Pregnant Programme and my book Trying to Get Pregnant and Succeeding.

What To Do When You’re Trying To Conceive? https://marisapeer.com/trying-to-conceive/ Tue, 28 Feb 2012 13:00:49 +0000 https://www.marisapeer.com/?p=690 Disclaimer: Get Pregnant Now is a brand new medically endorsed programme that can increase your ability to have a baby naturally or with IVF.

If you are trying to conceive but suffering from infertility or secondary infertility it is worth considering that your mind can disrupt your fertility.

Science has proven that our subconscious thoughts and beliefs about conception, pregnancy, birth and raising children can block our ability to conceive because of both conscious and unconscious fears.

With a 25% infertility rate in the Western world for women ages 35 to 39, we are beginning to recognise that infertility can be more mental than physical. Spending too long trying not to get pregnant or worrying about a second pregnancy can block the brain when you finally decide to get pregnant.

One in three couples in the Western world will be infertile within 10 years, yet one in three animals and couples in other parts of the world don’t share this statistic. Trying not to get pregnant for years or worrying about how you will raise children can be the greatest handicap to becoming pregnant.

Your Mind Influences Your Ability To Conceive

Unexplained infertility is just that – unexplained it means there is no medical reason for infertility, you have perfectly good eggs, clear tubes, a healthy womb and the right hormones, yet you are not conceiving. I am convinced that you don’t get pregnant when you relax; you actually get pregnant when you are expecting a baby, not wishing or hoping, but expecting, knowing, believing, and seeing that baby on its way to you – get pregnant now.

This explains why couples in the process of adoption often conceive and why many couples conceive naturally after a successful IVF baby. They fully accept themselves as parents and see themselves as parents in every way. They are buying things for the baby they know is on its way, rather than the baby they wish would be on its way or hope for. It’s a little known fact that couples who are undergoing adoption are asked to use birth control, even if they have been diagnosed as infertile because as they progress to the adoption stage, because the statistics of adoptive parents becoming pregnant, even before the adoption has completed, are quite high.

Our Body Responds To And Matches Our Mind

Our bodies literally respond to our thoughts and to our beliefs, so if you think ‘I’m too old to get pregnant’ or ‘I’m too stressed to get pregnant’ or even if you worry that you can’t afford another baby when you’re trying to conceive, your mind and body will accept this literally.

Changing our thinking causes changes both mentally and physically because the hormones needed to make pregnancy possible are released into the brain and are influenced by the way we think and the way we feel, so negative emotions can disrupt them. Worrying about IVF and focusing on low statistics is very detrimental. 60% of the women I work with have success at the first IVF procedure because my technique can improve your body’s ability to respond to IVF.

The strongest force in every human being is that the body has to match what is going on in the mind, it literally has to act in a way that is consistent with our thinking – it has no choice. Every thought you think has a physical reaction in the body. Thoughts are things and they have consequences; good thoughts have good consequences in the body, and negative thoughts eventually have negative consequences.

Pain Or Pleasure?

Another very strong force in the human psyche is that nothing in our lives will influence us more than the things we link to pain and pleasure. When we experience pain, the brain searches very hard for the cause of it, then it stores that information and does everything to ensure we don’t go through that experience again.

Many women experience secondary infertility if their first birth experience was bad. During the birth, they may have thought ‘I can never go through this again or said ‘this is unbearable, unendurable’ or words to that effect. They may have told their friends afterwards that giving birth was a nightmare or they may describe postnatal depression.

These powerful and descriptive words make the mind link only pain to having a baby and may still be influencing you many years later, even though you actually want another baby, by making sure you don’t have one.

how to get pregnant fast

The good news is you can very quickly get your mind to link absolute pleasure to being pregnant and to having a baby, rather than pain to the thought of giving birth or losing your figure or being exhausted and weepy after having a baby.

The mind holds on to outdated information if it has been repeated often enough. Every time you used birth control you send a powerful message to your mind: I don’t want to be pregnant, I don’t want a baby. Every time you took your pill, inserted the cap or used a condom your brain got the message loud and clear.

If you ever used words like ‘this is hell’ when you got up for the night feeds or had a screaming new-born you will know that at that moment you linked absolute pain to having a baby. How many times do you think you have said to your partner ‘Use a condom I don’t want to get pregnant’ or ‘be careful- I don’t want a baby’.

Your mind will have taken that literally, not just at that moment but always.

These words are subconsciously letting your body know you don’t want a baby and your body is responding by not creating one. But your body does not know when you have changed your mind and the old words are no longer applicable. This thought process is not automatically reversed.

Replace Negative Thoughts To Positive Thoughts

Hypnosis is amazing at reversing the automatic negative thought process. I have created some powerful CDs and downloads and written a book called “Get Pregnant Now” that has given fantastic results to all women trying to conceive.

The book and CDs use specific, detailed language and programming to reverse outdated thinking and bring about Conception, Successful IVF Conception, Perfect Pregnancy and an Easy Happy Birth.

The British Medical Journal published a study where women who had difficulty in conceiving were taught to replace their negative thoughts about their chances of getting pregnant with a positive belief that they would get pregnant. Half of them became pregnant.

This was in sharp contrast to a control group who were given standard advice. In that group only 1 out of 5 conceived. So the likelihood of pregnancy increased from 20% to 50% simply by replacing negative thoughts with positive thoughts.

In another study at Harvard Medical School a group of women were taught to replace negative thoughts with positive ones. 55% of that group went on to have a baby compared to only 20% of the control group.

Train Your Subconscious Mind

Your unconscious mind is responsible for the functioning of all your organs. If your subconscious believes that your reproductive system is functioning successfully then it will be a peak performer. However, if it has accepted a suggestion that it is not in your interest to have a baby, then notwithstanding the fact that you are ovulating, your tubes are clear and your reproductive system is functioning normally – you might not have a baby.

Your thoughts are enormously powerful and enormously effective. You cannot have any thoughts and feelings without them being expressed in the body.

I work with women who have been told they are too old to conceive or have been told their eggs are not viable or their partner does not have enough sperm yet they have all gone on to have babies. I have found with my patients that what is needed most of all to have a baby is grade A eggs and my programme trains your mind to select the most perfect robust, resilient grade A eggs for ovulation and conception.

Your ovarian age can be younger than your actual age and my programme taps into this. You only need one sperm to conceive your baby and one perfect egg.

You have the power to influence that one perfect sperm to swim to and fertilise your egg. Your egg gives off a powerful chemical to draw the correct sperm to it. You can imagine this chemical as super-powerful and the sperm like a scud missile directed by the chemical to break the outer barrier of the egg.

Once the sperms are in your body you can influence them as they are now yours, so imagine the sperm like a heat-seeking missile being pulled towards the egg and doing its job like an elite special forces operative.

Use Visualisation Techniques When You’re Trying To Conceive

trying to conceive visualization

Scientists in both America and Europe have proved that visualisation techniques dramatically impact on our bodies.

If you see yourself as pregnant when you’re trying to conceive, you send a clear message to your brain that affects your energy levels, your hormones and your motivation. These changes cause physical sensations, which in turn affect your thoughts and feelings and reinforce the mental programming.

Thinking positively about conception and pregnancy can activate particular neurons in the brain, which secrete hormones such as endogenous opiates, which make us feel good about ourselves.

Negative thoughts have the opposite effect and they produce negative hormones such as cortisol, a stress hormone which leads to feelings of anxiety, one of nature’s forms of birth control.

Focus On What You Want

At the same time as forming different pictures in your mind you must tell yourself different things. Eliminate every possible negative word and focus only on what you wish to achieve and move towards it – a beautiful healthy baby.

The downloads can train your mind to stay on what you want, and off what you don’t want. Whatever you focus on you will move towards, so focusing on not conceiving or not miscarrying simply puts negative words and images back into your mind.

Trying To Conceive Has To Do With The Mind More Than The Body

Even the words “trying to conceive” implies failure. You don’t need to try; you can. Get Pregnant Now hypnotic audio is designed to help you conceive, carry, and deliver a healthy baby.

You need one egg, one sperm, one womb, and the conditioning in my programme to have a baby. I have had huge success with the Get Pregnant Now programme with clients all over the world which is why I have made it available to all women.

Getting Pregnant and Have a Baby….You Can! https://marisapeer.com/getting-pregnant/ Tue, 10 Jan 2012 11:05:52 +0000 https://www.marisapeer.com/?p=69 Getting Pregnant- You can!

Marisa has achieved outstanding success helping women getting pregnant, have successful pregnancies and peaceful, pain-free delivery.

So many women in the West are struggling with getting pregnant (around 25%), but Marisa has proved that this doesn’t need to be the case. In fact, most of the time, the barriers come from our thinking.

The personal stories below are from just two of the many happy mothers Marisa has helped.

“I always think of Lucy as my little miracle baby”

“Hi Marisa. It’s so hard for me to write to you without gushing… I’ll try not to. A great friend of mine has just been to see you on my recommendation and I know she told you about me and my baby Lucy, she was born in 2001… I thought I’d send you a photo of her for your wall.

She was born about 9 ½ months after I saw you, not for infertility but because I had had a stillborn child and then a miscarriage (after 2 healthy babies) and had been told that I couldn’t have any more live births.. anyway you helped me feel so much happier and more positive about things, and it really worked for me.

So thank you a million times – and even that feels inadequate (told you I would gush). We went on to have another little girl after Lucy and she is also very beautiful and I now have the 4 children I always wanted. I feel so lucky with them all.

I always think of Lucy as my little miracle baby and she certainly has a great spirit about her (that’s a kind way of putting it!)

Congratulations on your great success on the television. It was a great and very pleasant surprise to see you on there. Maybe you can help me shift a few post-baby pounds sometime!! I wish you many more successes in your career, you really deserve them.”

“Within 7 weeks of that diagnosis I was pregnant”

“Hello Marisa, I came to see you back in April/May 2009 as I was having problems conceiving; I wasn’t producing any eggs naturally and was undergoing IVF.

Unfortunately I never produced an egg in the 3 attempts at IVF I had around that time but I continued to listen to your cd of our session and stayed convinced that I could conceive.

The IVF doctors told me there was nothing else they could do and I should give up or use donor eggs… and yet within 7 weeks of that diagnosis I was pregnant, naturally and without any sort of fertility drug.

Bearing in mind it takes 3 months for a healthy egg to grow, ripen and release, that puts my meeting with you right at the beginning of that wonderful cycle that has led to the healthiest, happiest pregnancy I’ve ever heard of.

I’m now nearly 7 months pregnant with our son and can’t wait until the birth (for which I’m intending to use hypnobirthing methods as they seem to so akin to my ‘new’ way of thinking).

I feel so very very lucky to have conceived, and rather stubbornly remain convinced I’ll have another afterwards – thank you for your help in making my brain shift gear, as tearful as some of it was, and for making me think of myself as a mother to be throughout the difficult times of IVF.

I really am very grateful.”Sarah
